Professional Affiliations
Pennsylvania and New Jersey personal injury lawyers Console & Hollawell are affiliated with some of the most prestigious legal associations in the United States, as well as in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
American Bar Association. The American Bar Association is the largest voluntary professional association in the world, and has nearly 400,000 members. ABA provides law school accreditation, continuing legal education, information about the law, programs to assist lawyers and judges, and initiatives to improve the legal system.
The National Trial Lawyers. The National Trial Lawyers comprises The Top 100 Trial Lawyers in each state. Membership is invitation only, and only those attorneys who show outstanding qualities in leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and profile as civil plaintiff or criminal defense trial lawyers qualify. Richard P. Console Jr. has been selected as one of the Top 100 trial lawyers in New Jersey.
American Lawyer Academy. The mission of American Lawyer Academy is to provide members of the public with articles on current and important legal issues that affect the rights of everyday citizens. Members are selected based on their legal skill, integrity, and reputation.
American Association for Justice. The American Association of Justice supports plaintiff trial lawyers and strives to promote a fair and effective justice system. They support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s Courtroom.
New Jersey State Bar Association. The New Jersey State Bar Association serves more than 17,500 members by protecting and promoting professional development, serving as the voice of New Jersey attorneys to other organizations, promoting access to and fairness in the justice system, and providing educational opportunities to both attorneys and the public.
New Jersey Association for Justice. The New Jersey Association for Justice is a statewide association with nearly 2,000 members dedicated to protecting New Jersey families by working to preserve and strengthen laws for safer products and workplaces, a cleaner environment, and quality health care.
Pennsylvania Bar Association. The Pennsylvania Bar Association has more than 27,000 members, and is devoted to promoting justice, respect for the rule of law, professional excellence, and betterment of the legal profession. The Pennsylvania Bar Association is also committed to improving public understanding of the legal system, and improving legal access to everyone.
Pennsylvania Association for Justice. The Pennsylvania Association for Justice assists trial attorneys by providing platforms that allow members to share legal information and developments, take part in continuing education seminars and classes, and access legal manuals and texts. The Association also promotes a fair and effective justice system and upholds and defends the Pennsylvania legal system and assists trial lawyers throughout the state to help better represent their wronged clients.
Camden County Bar Association. The Camden County Bar Association is New Jersey’s second largest county bar, and is dedicated to improving the administration of justice, advancing the interests of the legal profession, and serving the public to promote a better understanding of the law and the justice system.
Burlington County Bar Association. The Burlington County Bar Association provides members with the tools needed to practice law effectively and ethically, while fostering a relationship between the Bench and the Bar in Burlington County.
People Over Profits. People Over Profits is sponsored by the American Association for Justice, and is committed to fighting back against the well-organized and well-funded assault on the civil justice system, and protecting American civil rights and trial by jury. Their mission is to inspire members to fight back and protect the rights of American citizens to seek justice when they are harmed through no fault of their own.
